The subject of the contract is successive collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 from a stream of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste separated on the line of waste segregation of the Waste Management Plant in Łasków.
4.1. The subject of the contract is successive collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 from a stream of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste separated on the line of waste segregation of the Waste Management Plant in Łasków.
4.2. The estimated amount of waste during the period of implementation of the contract will be up to 4,000 Mg. This quantity was determined for the execution of an estimate of the value of the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste received without the right to redress. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 1 000 Mg. The actual amount of waste provided for collection will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4.3. Waste code 19 12 12 covered by the subject of the contract will be a waste of a supersieve fraction with a diameter of more than 80 mm, as caloric sorting material intended for RDF alternative fuel production, after separation of terracing waste and after manual segregation on the line sorting and separation of ferrous metals. The waste covered by the subject of the order will be pressed in cubes measuring approx. 80 cm x 100 cm x 110 cm, which will be tied with steel wire or occasionally in loose form without ironing. The quality parameters of waste code 19 12 12 are specified in the results of the study carried out by the accredited laboratory and are of a view nature. The received batches of material may differ as to the values given and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims with respect to the Contracting Authority.
4.4. Reception of waste will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 22:00 from the site of Waste Management Plant in Łasków, 22-530 Mircze, Łasków 69 by the Contractor's own transport. The contracting agent shall ensure the loading of waste. Weighing of waste received by the Contractor will take place on the weight of the Ordering Party, located in the Waste Management Plant in Łasków, Łasków 69 and will be confirmed by the weight quota from the weighing system and the generated confirmation of the generation of the waste transfer card according to with BDO system guidelines.
4.5. Any transport of waste received by the Contractor will be checked in the Contracting Authority's weight system and in the BDO system.
4.6. After the end of each calendar month, the Ordering Party will transmit to the Contractor a weighing balance derived from a computer program supporting the weighing system in the ZZO in Łasków.
4.7. The offered method of waste management must comply with the legal provisions and recovery processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended)
4.8. The Contractor will be obliged to confirm the recovery of the received waste and provide written information about the process of recovery from the received waste from the Contracting Authority.
