This is understood to mean all work on building-related mechanical and electrical installations in all buildings of the client, which are intended to guarantee the efficient functioning of the installation and to prevent the occurrence of malfunctions. In addition, it is important that education is hindered as little as possible, because people mainly work during (school) vacations and other educational periods.

The assignment covers all locations of Attendiz, an overview of the locations is attached as an appendix. Changes to the number of locations are expected in the coming years. This is indicated in the overview. The scope of the assignment can also be traced to the activities from the MJOP. Furthermore, the size of the assignment depends on the projects being deployed and the value cannot be determined exactly in advance.

In recent years, approximately EUR 65 000 per year excluding VAT for preventive maintenance and approximately EUR 50 000 per year excluding VAT for corrective maintenance have been carried out. No rights can be derived from the stated amount.
