Successive delivery of diesel oil /light/ for a fishing vessel, adapted for BALTICA research WHEN – 100 within the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2023.

- Diesel fuel in accordance with ISO 8217:2017 with a sulphur content of up to 0.1 %
- The fuel density must be higher than 0,82 g/cm3 at 15 0C and lower than 0.86 g/cm3 at 15 0C
- place of delivery - port dalmor S.A. Gdynia, Hryniewickiego 10
- oil collection - on the side of the ship by a mechanic or an authorized person,
- form of delivery - road tanker with its own device feeding oil to the ship's tanks / quality of delivery confirmed by the certificate /,
- one-time delivery – from 10 to 30 tons of diesel fuel,
- the amount of diesel fuel ordered during the term of the contract 630 tons (depending on the number of days of operation of the ship at sea),
- payment terms - 21 days after receipt of the invoice by the Shipowner from the Supplier,
- delivery of fuel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
- the Ordering Party /Shipowner/ agrees on the delivery date and quantity by phone and confirms by e-mail,
- The shipowner has an AKC-PR document — confirmation of the registration declaration with the Customs Office for excise duty,
- the price for the delivery of diesel fuel for the duration of the contract will be determined in a uniform manner according to the indicator set below /date of e-mail from the Ordering Party/,
Due to the difficulty of determining diesel prices during the year, please specify the price ratio/P/according to which the bids will be compared and during the year the price of the diesel ordered will be set. The selected offer will be the one that will have the lowest price ratio/P /.
A - the price of 1 tonne of diesel fuel delivered to the ship including the cost of transport in Polish zlotys
B - sale price in USD 1 tonne of diesel (Gasoil 0.1%) from the date submitted by the Shipowora (MIR - PIB) written (fax or e-mail) order according to the Platts exchange quotes available on the Internet service. NoEurope barges, FOB Rotterdam for Gasoil 0.1%, lower in the table.
$ - cost of 1 USD according to the table of the average rate of NBP from the date of placing the order
