The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Rozprza Commune in 2023.

1. Loan amount: PLN 13,000,000.00 (in words: thirteen million zlotys).

2. The loan will be collected in tranches from the date of signing the agreement until 31 December 2023.

3. The amount of loan tranches and the date of placing funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party shall be determined by submitting a demand for funds by the Ordering Party within 2 business days before the date of placing funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party.

4. Instructions to release tranches may be submitted on the basis of a template specified by the bank.

5. Loan period: from the starting point of the loan until the end of 2036.
