Supply and installation of solar collectors, installation of photovoltaic panels and biomass boilers in the Municipality of Miączyn. Order implemented in the framework of the project “Renewable energy sources in Miączyn Municipality” co-financed by the EU under: Regional Operational Programme of Lublin Voivodeship 2014-2020, Priority Axis 4 Environmentally friendly Energy, Action 4.1 Support for the use of RES.
Part 1 - delivery and installation of 80 units of solar collector installations with a minimum capacity of 0,256 MW in the area of Miączyn MunicipalityThe order in the scope of Part 1 — delivery and installation of 80 units of solar collector installations with a minimum capacity of 0,256 MW in the territory of the Municipality of Miączyn, includes, inter alia:
1. the delivery and installation of a set of collectors for the preparation of c.w.u. together with a construction tailored to the assembly site,
2. supply and installation of a capacitive water heater in equipment, with a cutter for mounting an electric heater and coils and anode,
3. delivery and installation of the electric heater,
4. Connection of the heater c. w. u. to the existing installation c. w. u., c. o., and z. w.,
5. The installation combining the collectors with the heater c. w.,
6. Supply and installation of a compact solar circulation pump group with integrated controller equipped with LAN/GSM module working with a dedicated monitoring system, solar intake and intake vessel for water and other components of the installation including Immersion sleeves along with liquid temperature detector in the collector and water temperature sensor in the heater, thermostatic mixing valve, safety valve, two-road valve with on/off actuator, check valve, pressure regulator, anti-contamination valve, etc.
7. connection to the existing installation of colder and hot water,
8. connection to the existing electrical system,
9. test of leakage of the installation of solar collectors,
10. Rinse and pressure tests of the installation,
11. completion of filling, installation leakage tests and verifying the correct operation of the protective fittings, venting and setting the correct pressure,
12. securing places of puncture and passage of pipes in the internal and external partitions of the building, sheet metal treatment of pipes, complement of cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after the passages of the wires, restoration of the roof, paving (depending on the location), restoration the ground to the original state,
13. Launch of the installation — layout and adjustment,
14. attachment of the installation under voltage, validation of operation,
15. Retraining Users,
16. drawing up an instruction manual and communicating it to Users,
17. drafting of post-built documentation,
18. execution of a monitoring system enabling from the Internet browser to read and control the performance parameters of individual solar installations, including reading the data from the heat meter.
19. All installed solar installations will be covered by the monitoring system. The Contracting Authority requires each installed installation to be connected to the internet in a way that ensures it is monitored from the application and allows simple placement in the Community's portal and service. The monitoring system must enable the transmission of aggregate and individual data and include the devices necessary for data transmission and ensure that transmission during the period of project life.
20. The Ordering Party recommends that during assembly take into account the requirements of persons with disabilities and the availability of controls for them (assembly to be carried out in a manner that ensures the possibility of carrying out handicapped activities in particular on trolleys disability).
21. A detailed description and scope of performance of the subject of the contract shall be determined by the design documentation, administrative decisions with annexes and the model contract.
Part 2 - delivery and installation of 310 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a minimum capacity of 0,976 MW in the area of the Municipality of MiączynThe order in the scope of Part 2 - delivery and installation of 310 PV installations with a minimum installed capacity of 0,976 MW in the area of the Municipality of Miączyn, includes, inter alia:
1. the supply and installation of photovoltaic panels in a place not shaded by any objects at a scale of the year,
2. delivery and installation of the support structure under the panels,
3. running and connecting electrical wires,
4. delivery and installation of the inverter,
5. performance of lightning protection - grounding installation,
6. Installation of security in switchgear,
7. running and connecting electrical wires
8. Installation of limiters for effective surge protection,
9. implementation of the connection to the electrical system in the switchgear of the building,
10. installation of the control and measurement module and communication module,
11. launch of the inverter,
12. installation of electricity meters,
13. checking and measuring complete low voltage electrical circuits.
14. To inform the user of the safety rules and correct operation of the installation — training the Users, and to provide instructions of the devices in English,
15. Conducting a post-built inventory and developing a post-built documentation, carrying out the required electrical tests and measurements and technological commissioning of the system (these activities should be documented in the receiving protocols),
16. connection of the plant to the power grid with the notification of connection of the installation to the distribution network PGE Distribution S.A. on the basis of the guidelines available on the site,
17. performance of energy management system based on ICT technologies (including measurement, handling and monitoring of energy use in the context of their scalability, flexibility and supplier independence).
18. All installed photovoltaic panel installations will be covered by the monitoring system. Part 3 - delivery and installation of 50 biomass boilers with a minimum capacity of 1 MW installed in the area of the Municipality of MiączynThe order in the scope of Part 3 - delivery and installation of 50 biomass boilers with a minimum installed capacity of 1 MW in the area of the Municipality of Miączyn, includes, inter alia:
1. disassembly and removal from the room of the existing boiler along with superfluous fittings;
2. Delivery and setting in place of installation of a new pellet boiler with fuel feeder and inserting it into the existing installation c.o. and c.w.u.,
3. supply and installation of the heating circuit pump, check valves, compact heat meter, exhaust vessel, drain valves, venting valves automatically, valves for automatic replenishment of anti-contamination check valve, 3-way mixing valve with actuator, safety and shut-off valves and other.
4. the performance of the protection of the installation c.o. and c.w.u. in accordance with the applicable standards, including protection against excessive pressure increases,
5. the performance of thermal insulation in accordance with the applicable standards,
6. Rinse and pressure tests of the installation,
7. Launch of the installation,
8. training the User in the correct and safe operation of the installation and its ongoing maintenance,
9. reconstitution to the original state of any affected surfaces, structural elements and other elements damaged or affected by installation.

11. drafting of post-built documentation,
