The object of the order is the factory delivery of new pre-insulated materials.

The subject of the order includes elements of the district heating network, pre-insulated, necessary for the renovation or construction of certain sections of this network on the territory of the city of Gliwice.

2. The subject of the order includes elements of the district heating network, pre-insulated, necessary for the renovation or construction of certain sections of this network in the city of Gliwice.

3. The order applies to supply according to CPV Distant Heating Pipes No 44163120-72.

4. The subject of the contract must comply with the conditions laid down in the Technical Conditions as annexes to the SWZ.

5. Other requirements of the Ordering Party for the object of the contract are included in the draft framework agreement and the draft delivery contract.

6. Submission of partial tenders shall not be allowed.

7. Variant tenders are not allowed.

8. No reimbursement of the cost of participation in the proceedings is fores

9. No foreign currency clearing will be carried out.

10. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding complementary contracts.

11. The Contracting Authority does not provide for an extra time in electronic form.

12. The required warranty period shall be fixed at 120 months from the date of delivery of pre-insulated materials to the PEC warehouse - Gliwice Sp. z o.o.
