The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the maximum amount of PLN 12,400,000 to cover the planned deficit in investment expenditures.

The loan will be used until 29.12.2023 in three tranches.

The capital will be repaid in Polish zlotys in quarterly installments (by 31 March, by 30 June, by 30 September, by 31 December each year) with a grace period until 31 March 2024.

1. The loan will be used: up to PLN 12,400,000 to cover the deficit in investment expenditures

2. The expected mobilisation of the loan will take place in 3 tranches:

a. - I tranche – until 02.10.2023 – PLN 7,000,000.00, within two business days

b. from the submission of an application by the Ordering Party for the release of the loan,

c. - II tranche – by 15.11.2023 – PLN 3,000,000.00, within two business days

d. from the submission of an application by the Ordering Party for the release of the loan,

e. - III tranche – by 29.12.2023 – PLN 2,400,000.00, within two business days

from the submission of an application by the Ordering Party for the launch of the loan,
