The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management, as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Law of 28.09.1991 on forests (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275, amended), covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, protection of fire and logging, as provided for for performance in the Forest District Przytok in the year 2022.
The scope of the object of the order covering the total quantities of works and their location is specified in Annex 3 to the Specification of the Terms of Order - hereinafter SWZ (3.1.-3.6., separately for each Package). The ranges indicated in Annex 3 are of an estimate.
The standards of the technology of performance and acceptance of works, relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract, are set out in Decision No 19 of the Director General of LP, 17.03.2021, as of late., and Decision No 77 of the Director of the RDLP in Zielona Góra, 12.10.2021. Description of the technology of performance the work and reception procedures shall include Annex 4 to SWZ.
Acquisition of timber in the forest area of OtyńThe subject of the order is forest management services, including work in the field of retraction and logging, envisaged to be carried out in 2022 in the territory of the Forest Forest Forest Forest Area of Otyń (forestry: Bobrowniki, Czarna, Racula, Zabór, Zatonie).
