The extension to the existing women's clinic serves to expand the capacities of the Department of Women's Health at the University Hospital in Tübingen.
In the sustainable and energetically exemplary new building, nursing stations as well as a prenatal outpatient clinic and a fertility clinic including IVF laboratory with the appropriate doctor and examination rooms are to be accommodated.
The room program covers approx. 3 100 m
The building costs (KG 300 + 400 incl. Special costs according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12) amount to approx. EUR 26.2 million. Construction price index III / 2019 = 127.7.
Applicants should work out proposals for solutions to the planning task in accordance with Section 76 (2) VgV, which are also decisive for the selection of the contractor.
These include a proposal for the implementation of the desired extension, which fits into the existing as well as the future development structure in terms of urban planning and is independent in terms of material and design, but makes reference to the listed building. The spatial-functional references are of great importance, especially in the outpatient departments and the laboratory area.
Experience in the field of clinic construction and the GMP laboratory area is absolutely necessary, experience in the areas of prefabrication and timber construction is desirable. The use of wood as a building material must be examined.
Construction is scheduled to take place from May 2023 to July 2025.
