The subject of the contract are services related to the maintenance of watercourses in the area of Oświęcim Water Supervision – stage II – Participation with the city of Trzebinia.

Part 1: Maintenance of the Pstrużnik stream at km 0+000-1+235 in msc. Trzebinia,

Trzebinia commune, Chrzanów county - maintenance works.

The subject of the contract is maintenance works on the Pstrużnik stream, which is located in the Water Supervision Administration of Oświęcim. The creek in km 0+000-1+235 is located in the town of Trzebinia, commune Trzebinia, district chrzanowski. The works covered by the task include the section from the mouth of the Pstrużnik to the Ropa in Waryńskiego Street in Trzebiny, to the railway tracks of the Krzeszowice- Trzebinia railway. The trough runs in the immediate vicinity of single-family development, allotment gardens, wastelands, road and railway infrastructure and green spaces. Locally, access to the trough is greatly hampered.

The purpose of the works on the Pstrużnik stream is to clear the stream bed. The stream in question requires planned treatments due to the lush vegetation developing during the growing season on the slopes and in the bottom of the stream and local damming in the stream bed. Excessive accumulation of mineral application on the plates in the bottom and on the slopes narrows the cross-section of the trough and prevents the free flow of water.

The subject of the contract will be performed under environmental supervision, which will be provided by the Ordering Party.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the subject of the contract is specified in the documentation of the proceedings, including in particular the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2a-2c to the SWZ, the offer cost estimate constituting Annex 3a-3c to the SWZ, the draft contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ and the illustrative maps constituting Annex 14a-14c to the SWZ.

Those annexes contain quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract, which fulfils the conditions of Article 246(2) of the PPL.

Part 2: Maintenance of the Młoszówka stream km 0+000-5+100 m. Piła Kościelecka, Młoszowa, Trzebinia commune.

The subject of the contract are maintenance works on the Młoszówka stream, which is located in the administration of the Oświęcim Water Supervision. The stream at km 0+000-5+100 is located in the villages of Piła Kościelecka and Młoszowa, Trzebinia commune, Chrzanów poviat. The works covered by the task include the section from the mouth of Młoszówka to the Chechło reservoir in Piła Kościelecka to Bożniowa Street in Młoszowa. The riverbed runs through residential and commercial areas, technical infrastructure, road infrastructure (including the A4 motorway) and railway, as well as green areas and farmland. In some places access to the trough is difficult.

The purpose of maintenance works on the Młoszówka stream is to mow the slopes of the stream, clear and remove blockages from the bottom, clean the slabs on the slopes, cut down the ground overhangs, clean the manger, culverts.

The stream in question requires planned treatments due to the lush vegetation on the slopes of the stream and congestion in the bottom of the stream. A heavily overgrown trough affects the narrowing of the cross-section of the trough and prevents the free flow of water.

The subject of the contract will be performed under environmental supervision, which will be provided by the Ordering Party.

Part 3: Maintenance of the Ropa stream at km 0+000-2+210 in msc. Trzebinia,

Trzebinia commune, Chrzanów county.

The subject of the contract are maintenance works on the Ropa stream, which is located

in the administration of the Oświęcim Water Supervision. The stream at km 0+000-2+210 is located in the city of Trzebinia, Trzebinia commune, Chrzanów poviat. The works covered by the task include the section from the mouth of Ropa to the Chechło stream, to the railway tracks above the old Orlen Południe S.A. sewage treatment plant - Staszica Street in Trzebinia. The riverbed runs in the immediate vicinity of single-family housing, road infrastructure and partly through green areas. Locally, access to the trough is difficult.

The purpose of the works on the Ropa stream is to clear the riverbed by removing dams

and cutting of overhangs, local cleaning of slabs and culverts and repair of banks by filling holes in the bank and repair of insurance from openwork slabs.

The stream requires planned treatments due to the lush vegetation developing during the growing season on the slopes and in the bottom of the stream as well as local damming
