It is a two-stage award procedure for the procurement of technical equipment planning services, i.e. in the first stage there is a competition in which the suitability of the offices and their intended employees is evaluated. The bidders selected from the first stage will then be invited to submit a bid in a second stage.

This procurement procedure includes the necessary services of technical equipment planning for LP 1-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021; including the special services.

An economical, convincing overall concept is to be developed, taking into account the client's specifications, the interests of the other disciplines and adhering to the project budget. The client attaches great importance to close supervision and monitoring of all work, as well as coordination and information of all parties involved, including users. The client assumes that the effort for the application of the CAD guideline provided is included in the offered fee.

In the future, the plan exchange will be carried out via the Planfred plan server. This is web-based and no license is required from the planners. The use of the current CAD guideline as well as the plan server is part of the planning services and must be included in the offered fee. The provision of the service must begin immediately after the order has been placed
