The purpose of this Tender of the municipality of Enschede, hereinafter referred to as the municipality, is to conclude a multi-year (3 years with 2x an extension of 1 year) agreement with one Candidate for carrying out ISAE 3402 audits, issuing ISAE 3402 statements I and II and for advising on this.

The municipality already has an ongoing agreement with accounting service Deloitte for auditing and reporting on the Annual Accounts

The municipality wants a professional ISAE 3402 audit services / audit team or audit team tailored to the specific organizational context. Candidate to contract that, among other things:

acts proactively in contact with the Client, cooperates professionally with the external Audit Service, and the organizations that the Client supervises;

is reliable and traceable in the way in which it carries out the work;

has extensive knowledge and experience within the specific municipal environment;

consists of experienced team members
