"Collection and transport of municipal waste from residential real estate along with the management of separately collected waste from the area of the Commune of Kęty".
The subject of the contract includes:
- collection and transport of mixed (non-segregated), bulky municipal waste, bio-waste
- collection and transport of municipal green waste to the composting plant located at the Municipal Waste Landfill in Kęty, Kęckie Góry Północne Street, from the area of the Kęty Commune;
-collection of transport and management of municipal waste: used tires from passenger vehicles, chemicals, waste electrical and electronic equipment and selectively collected municipal waste (paper, glass, plastics – in bags and containers of the IGLOO type) from the area of the Kęty Commune;
-substitution of a container for green waste, its emptying and export to a composting plant located at the segregation station at the Municipal Waste Landfill in Kęty from the Kęty Commune

1. "Collection and transport of municipal waste from inhabited real estate along with the management of separately collected waste from the area of the Commune of Kęty".
The subject of the contract includes:
- collection and transport of mixed (non-segregated), bulky municipal waste, bio-waste
- collection and transport of municipal green waste to the composting plant located at the Municipal Waste Landfill in Kęty, Kęckie Góry Północne Street, from the area of the Kęty Commune;

2. The procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, późn.zm) hereinafter referred to as the Act. In matters not covered by the provisions of this SWZ, the provisions of the said Act together with the implementing acts to this Act shall apply. The proceedings will be conducted in a reverse procedure, i.e. in application of Article 139(1) of the Act.
3.The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act.
3.1.Scope of services to be awarded: the contracts will consist in the repetition of similar contracts as the basic contracts and will be consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. covered by the open tender and described in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
3.2. The Contracting Authority provides that the value of the contract to be awarded may amount to a maximum of 90% of the value of the basic contract.
3.3. Conditions under which the contract (repetition of similar services) will be awarded:
a) in the event of exhaustion of the amount referred to in §4 section 2 of the contract,
(b) in the case of a protracted procedure for the award of a further contract in an open procedure, which shall also be understood as the failure to resolve the procedure in such a procedure,
c) the award of the contract will be preceded by a single-source procedure, after negotiations with the Contractor,
d) the unit rate of remuneration for the management and collection of 1 Mg of municipal waste (each fraction) from the area of the Kęty commune will be subject to negotiations.
4. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of the said means of proof in the proceedings in question.
