On Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden the new building of the joint head office of Drewag and ENSO with 2 high-rise buildings is planned and connects to the City Genter from the south. The construction site borders on Lindenaustrasse in the south. Fritz-Löffler-Str. Is located in the east. with tram tracks and in the west a neighboring property with lower buildings. The new building is planned with 2 basement levels, the construction pit is approx. 9 m deep. The cubic structure, which is staggered in height, encloses a rectangular courtyard with its five lower floors and forms a six and a 13-storey tower on its north and south sides. A building with approx. 27 200 m is created 2nd GFA, of which approx. 8,000 m 2nd underground GFA in 2 basements with predominant use as underground parking.

The list of services includes the services of the heating and cooling systems.

In the new head office of ENSO / Drewag, the floors are heated / cooled by means of heated and chilled ceilings (approx. 15,000 m 2nd ).

In order to supply the building, conversions in the respective central units of the existing building are necessary so that the supply can be provided via Drewag's district heating or cooling network.

The central units in the extension are subdivided into a central heating unit, a central cooling unit and a central unit for main pressure maintenance.

On the 7th floor there is a hydraulic separation of the systems, which places additional pressure maintenance on the 12th floor.

The control takes place via the building automation.
