Maintenance of the accompanying green on the magistral roads

The green areas of the city of Mönchengladbach are maintained by MAGS-Mönchengladbach waste, green and road operations in AöR. This call for tenders serves to support the care columns. The tendered green space maintenance refers to the maintenance of various types of green spaces in road-accompanying greenery.

The maintenance work mainly consisted of the following work:

Maintenance of planting areas in roadside greenery

Mowing lawns in roadside greenery

pruning hedges

Maintenance of tree grates in roadside greenery

foliage removal on lawns

The current condition of the areas corresponds in many places to that of a 12-year maintenance cycle. The soil conditions correspond to usually floor assembly 3-4 according to DIN18915. The planned care services are average standard assumptions.

The price of the individual service is calculated from the unit price divided by the number of operations. All in all, the tendered quantities must be executed on many different streets. This is to be included in the unit prices and is not paid separately. Options for setting up storage areas must be coordinated with the contractor before execution.
