Tasks under the framework agreement will include a wide range of projects under the auspices of the Contracting Entity comprising renovation, conversion, extension, new construction or a combination thereof within Esbjerg Municipality's portfolio of properties; housing, schools, nursing homes, institutions, sports and leisure, administrative buildings, etc. It is Esbjerg Municipality's intention to award the project "Skoletilbud-Ribelund" to one of the two tenderers with whom a framework agreement is entered into as a turnkey consultancy agreement under the tendered Framework Agreement.
The value of the framework agreement is estimated to be DKK 16 million, and the maximum value is estimated to be DKK 22 million.
