The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus on the Malbork - Grudziądz section from 10.3.2019 to 15.7.2019 as a replacement, carried out by "Przewozy Regionalne" Sp. z o. o. of passenger rail transport in connection with modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by bus on the Malbork - Grudziądz section from 10.3.2019 to 15.7.2019 as a replacement for rail passenger transport carried out by "Przewozy Regionalne" sp. Z o.o. modernization works by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA

The expected route of buses without adding journeys (empty runs) during the contract period is approximately 229 000 km

2. Way of performing the order:

1) The service will be provided according to the timetable provided by the Ordering Party constituting Annex 1 to the contract (Annex 7 to the ToR), using vehicles in the number (capacity) adjusted to the estimated attendance contained in the timetable.

2) During the service, the Contractor will be required to provide parking spaces in Malbork, Kwidzyn and Grudziądz, where in the event of a train delay, vehicles will be waiting for communication without disrupting road traffic.
