Cooperative DOVA wishes to conclude a service agreement with one contractor that verifies the data in the Centraal Stop File (hereinafter: CHB) by means of 360-degree images made available via a tool and, if necessary, by viewing locations. The observations are processed in the CHB.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The size of the contract has been estimated by the contracting authority in terms of contract value, on the basis of which it has been established that the European procurement threshold is (possibly) exceeded. The procurement documents determine the size of the Contract for the market by specifying the nature of the services and the number of stops and additional surveys which can be assumed at the time of the tender.
