Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo, acting on behalf of The Education Alliance, is looking to appoint a number of Consultants to a Framework Agreement to provide a range of Professional Services, specifically across Scotland. The Framework Agreement is 1 lot, which will cover all bodies in the Scotland Public Sector. The procurement will involve a single stage process following a Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2016 Open Procedure. The framework shall have the facility for Client Organisations to Direct Award and Further Compete their requirements.

This lot is for the provision of a complete services solution, which allows for the provision of anything from a single service to full multi-disciplinary service solution. There will be a maximum of 3 consultant organisations appointed to this lot.
