"Provision of transport services for the Joint Stock Company "Uzdrowisko Krynica-Żegiestów" in Krynica-Zdrój

The Employer requires that the transport of goods and products be carried out under the following conditions:

FRACHT - transport of 30-33 pallets between warehouses in Krynica-Zdrój (Nowotarskiego 9/4) and Bochnia

(ul. Na Buczków 4)

Package 2 - transport of goods - whole vehicle freight in the area:

a) Małopolskie Voivodeship - approx. 55 000 km - 1 - 15 loads / week - which is 31% of the value of the entire package,

b) Wielkopolskie Voivodeship - approx. 13 000 km - 1 -10 loads / month - which is 7% of the value of the entire package,

c) Mazowieckie Voivodeship - approx. 20 000 km - 1 - 8 loads / week - which is 11% of the value of the entire package,

d) Łódzkie Voivodeship – approx. 45 000 km – 1 – 12 loads/week – which constitutes 26% of the value of the entire package,

e) Podkarpackie Voivodeship - approx. 1 500 km - 1 - 5 loads / month - which is 1% of the value of the whole package,

f) Silesian Voivodeship - approx. 40 000 km - 1 - 8 loads / week - which is 23% of the value of the entire package,

g) other voivodships - approx. 2 500 km - 1 - 2 cargo / month - which is 1% of the value of the whole package

1. The Contractor is obliged to guarantee a minimum of 2 vans, including one with a lift, and

load capacity up to 3.5 tons.

2. Area of operation max 120 km from UKŻ headquarters.

3. The Ordering Party can order 1-4 courses/week towards Krynica Zdrój-Rabka-Zakopane
