2. The Ordering Party requires a local vision before submitting a bid, in order to correctly estimate the subject of the order. Failure to have a local vision will result in the rejection of the offer.

3. The required technical parameters and equipment of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Technical parameters and equipment form — column 2 of Table No. 1).
