• programme and project management
• project development works
• contract and relationship management
• network and infrastructure management
• network administration
• security management
• provision of service desk
• provision of on site staffing
• desktop support and maintenance
• problem resolution
• hardware fix (in conjunction with manufacturer warranty, etc).
This includes support of all legacy equipment
• software installation, configuration and management
• change management and implementation
