The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of lead-bearing waste from individual stages of the battery production process with a Pb content of at least 90%.

Qualitative requirements:

a) Acceptable status of the subject of the contract: waste code 10 04 02*, 10 04 04*.

b) Parameters of the subject of the contract: lead-bearing waste with code 10 04 02*, 10 04 04*. The waste must not be contaminated with sulfur in an amount exceeding 0.5%, the lead in the material is to be predominantly metallic and oxide form.

(c) Form of waste: dust, sinters, lead-bearing glazes, metallic spills of lead, mixture of dust from the dust collector together with metallic particles of lead.

The subject of the contract includes successive deliveries of lead-bearing waste from individual stages of the battery production process with a Pb content of at least 90% during the term of the subject of the contract in the total amount of 500 Mg.

Deliveries of the subject of the order will cover an average monthly range of quantities from 40 Mg to 50 Mg.
