The main purpose of the mission is the following services:
1. the maintenance of financial accounts opened with the cashier;
2. the provision of payment tools for accountants and treasurers such as classic/prepaid debit cards and classic/prepaid credit cards, as well as depositor cards;
3. the execution of all operations carried out with the intervention of the accountants-treasurers and relating to the collection of receipts and the payment of expenses;
4. keeping the daily cash position;
5. Keeping the current account of the Joint Community Commission;
6. The provision of global reports;
7. the granting of the highest possible credit line;
8. provide a daily levelling function from an account that is or is not part of the current account to an account that is part of the current account, if the holder of the first account gives the order to do so;
9. provide a notional cash-pooling function on the current account balance as described in point I.A.2 Definitions and in accordance with Title I.A.12.1 “Allocation criterion No. 1");
10. possibility of calling on the Cashier as Lender of Last Resort;
11. provide support and training for the benefit of the contracting authority;
12. guarantee the continuous availability of the provider's server 7/7 days and 24 hours a day;
13. set up an instant warning system between the IT's of the Services of the Réunion College and Iriscare and the cashier, in case there is a connection problem between the client's server and that of the service provider.
14. make payment by circular cheque and international money order possible. These payments can be collected at counters.
