The contracting authority shall entrust the holder with the cleaning and maintenance services, including interior and exterior glazing, of the installations described in the contract. The Holder must provide the specialized personnel and all the means necessary for the proper performance of the contract. All the premises concerned are classified ERP 2 e category. The incumbent must allow the contracting authority to carry out its activity and its missions under regulatory safety conditions and without interruption, even momentary, because of ongoing work on the installations.

The premises concerned by this contract are the following:

- basement: parking (45 places) and access ramp,

- DRC (about 900 m 2 ): public entrance, lobby, public washrooms, local, Cyberlab, auditorium, access ramp and kiosk space, exterior glazed railings, exterior tile patio (public entrance, staff entrance and cafeteria),

- level 1 (about 900 m 2 ): access ramp, youth area and youth workshop,

- level 2 (about 1000 m 2 ): access ramp, adult area, auditorium and activity rooms,

- level 3 (approximately 150 m 2 ): access ramp and consultation area of heritage archives,

- 3 stairs and 3 lifts.
