Extension of the day care center - Siebenstein
The community Gemünden (Felda) plans for the years 2019/2020, the extension of their daycare in the district Nieder-Gemünden. The architectural services were awarded in the meantime as part of a realization competition. The services "HLS" and "ELT" are advertised in parallel procedures.
The nursery dates from 1977 and was expanded in 1991 and 1995. In 2004, due to a water damage in large parts of the daycare a renovation of the underfloor heating with heating system. As a last construction measure, a group of crèches was created in 2010 by a conversion of the existing stock.
It is planned to expand the day nursery with a two-storey extension. On the ground floor of the extension, a new kitchen with dining room and a multi-purpose room are planned, while two new daycare groups are planned on the first floor.
In addition to the extension of the nursery, which is accessible to the disabled by means of an elevator, a new concept with renovation of the existing building by re-use of existing premises is planned. As a result of the expansion, the usable area of the day care center will increase by approx. 735 sqm to a total of approx. 1 343 sqm.
The sanitary facilities, the kitchen with storage rooms as well as the heating and electrical installations are to be adapted to the new technical requirements. The premises are to be equipped networkable. The power supply of the daycare by means of renewable energy is to be examined in economic and energy terms, for. B the construction of a photovoltaic system on the roof of the day care center or the neighboring multi-purpose hall. In all cases, § 12 of the municipal household ordinance (GemHVO) must be observed.
The estimated construction costs according to the realization competition amount to KG 300 approx. 1 300 000 EUR and KG 400 approx. 350 000 EUR. The total costs amount to approx. 2.6 million euros. The construction project is financed from federal and state funds.
