The Seren Group are seeking to establish a framework of partner contractors to deliver several high profile mixed tenure sites providing up to 400 homes.

The sites that have been identified will achieve the very best qualities in terms of urban design and community integration with high quality landscaping and innovative approaches to the design of the public realm are also seen as very important elements of the communities the client wishes to create.

Contractor's will be expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of remediation and providing high volume and quality homes with particular emphasis on assisting with sales and flexibility of handovers.
