Market area conversion of natural gas from L-gas to H-gas for approx. 3,500 meters, i.e. of approx. 4,200 gas consumption appliances (GVG) with an assumed factor of 1.2 GVG per meter, including three RLM meters. The service will take place in the areas of Langerwehe and Inden (between Weisweiler and Düren) with an expected switching date in March 2027.

The subject of the service to be awarded is technical project management (TPM - Lot 1), the survey and adaptation of gas consumption equipment (EA - Lot 2) and quality assurance of the survey and adaptation (QS - Lot 3). The services are based on the corresponding DVGW regulations (esp. G 680 (A), 03/2020, G 676-B1 (A), 10/2011, G 682 (A), 03/2022, G 695 (A), 03/2019, G 106 (M), 08/2017 and G 107 (M), 02/2020), the current version is always decisive.

Technical project management (TPM) includes, among other things, the responsible organization and support of all processes necessary for the successful implementation of the natural gas conversion in the client's L-gas network area, in particular with regard to the equipment to be collected and adapted (private, commercial, industrial), the planning and coordination of all service providers involved, the position of the IT system, materials management and communication with customers.

The survey services include, among other things, the complete recording of all gas appliances (private, commercial, industrial) in the client's L-gas network area, the inspection of the gas appliances for defects, complete documentation and statistical evaluation of all activities carried out.

The adaptation services include, among other things, the adaptation of all gas appliances in the customer's L-gas network operation according to the adaptation database, taking into account the necessary time, technical and logistical specifications, the complete documentation and the statistical evaluation of all activities carried out.

The service of quality assurance of the survey and adaptation includes the direct control of the respective survey and/or adaptation processes carried out in accordance with the technical specifications, the complete documentation and the statistical evaluation of all activities carried out. The service is to be provided (with a time delay) in parallel with the times specified for the survey and adjustment.
