1. The object of the contract is the implementation of the service of receiving municipal waste from the owners of residential property located in the territory of the City of Kraśnik and their landscaping and equipping the owners of real estate inhabited with facilities for the collection of waste (containers, bags) at the latest 7 days before the first scheduled date for the collection of waste, resulting from the collection schedule. Establishment by 31.01.2022 at the latest and maintenance and maintenance of 2 points of selective collection of municipal waste in the territory of Kraśnik, together with the development of collected municipal waste and the removal of up to 120 Mg of waste from the cleaning of wild dumps located on territory of the city of Kraśnik.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 8 to the SWZ.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 8 to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 95 of the Pzp Act, specify the following employment requirements by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment contracts of persons performing the contracting authority indicated by the contracting officer:
1) The Contracting Authority requires that during the entire period of execution of the contract persons performing the work in the execution of the object of the contract (physical work) be employed by the Contractor or by the subcontractor accordingly under the contract of employment, if the activities they do consist of performing work within the meaning of the provision of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text one. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended). The Contracting Authority shall leave it to the Contractor, with the provision that the Contracting Authority requires that any person taking an active part in the execution of the subject of the contract be employed under the above conditions.
2. Each time, at the request of the Contracting Authority, within the time limit indicated by the Contracting Authority, not less than 3 working days, the Contractor undertakes to submit to the Contracting Authority:
(a) the current declaration that the persons referred to in paragraph 3 are employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract, signed by a person authorised to represent the Contractor or the person empowered by the Contractor. This statement is made by the Contractor under the rigour of liability to make false statements. On the terms set out in this letter, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a statement concerning the subcontractors. This statement should include, in particular, the precise determination of the entity making the statement, the date of the declaration, the indication that the persons employed under the contract of employment shall be carried out by the persons employed under the employment contract together with an indication of the number of those persons, the type of employment contract together with an indication of the number of those persons, the type of employment contract and the time dimension, the signature of the person entitled to make a declaration on behalf of the Contractor or subcontractor,
(b) a certificate of the relevant branch of the ZUS, confirming the payment by the Contractor or subcontractor of social and health contributions for employment under the employment contract for the billing period.
4. Whenever the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, national technical assessments, European technical assessments, technical specifications, technical reference systems, technical reference systems, shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
