The subject of the contract concerns the delivery and assembly of RES power generation units - photovoltaic plant sets, solar collector sets and heat pumps divided into four subregions:
I. Tarnowski Subregion comprising the following communes: [1] Skrzyszów Commune, [2] Lisia Góra Commune, [3] Żabno Commune, [4] Tarnów Commune, [5] Wierzchosławice Commune, [6] Zakliczyn Commune, [7] Ryglice Commune, [8] Gmina Ciężkowice, [9] Municipality of Tuchów, [10] Gromnik commune,
II. Wielicki Subregion covering the following communes: [11] Niepołomice commune, [12] Wieliczka commune, [13] Myślenice commune, [14] Gdów commune, [15] Biskupice commune, [16] Kłaj commune, [17] Jodłownik commune, [18] Rabka-Zdrój Commune,
III. Olkuski Subregion comprising the following communes: [19] Bukowno Commune, [20] Klucze Commune, [21] Krzeszowice Commune, [22] Olkusz Commune, [23] Wolbrom Commune, [24] Municipality of Trzyciąż,
IV. Miechowski Subregion comprising the following communes: [25] Gmina Gołcza, [26] Municipality Charsznica, [27] Gmina Miechów, [28] Municipality Słaboszów, [29] Municipality Racławice, [30] Kozł Commune
1. In the Tarnowski Subregion: Part A - the order includes the execution of 572 pcs of complete photovoltaic sets for the production of electricity for own needs in the buildings of individual consumers, utility consumers and public utilities in a manner enabling connection to the power grid,
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for Part A is included in the Technical Documentation - Photovoltaic panels, which constitutes Annex 8A to the ToR.
3. The Contractor under Part A of the individual Subregions will grant a quality guarantee for each installed photovoltaic set and all other works and equipment installed for a period of at least 120 months. This period will run according to the rules specified in the contract template (Annex No. 7 to the ToR).

1. In the Miechowski Sub-region: Part A - performance of 1056 pcs of complete photovoltaic sets for the production of electricity for own needs in the buildings of individual consumers, utility consumers and public utilities in a manner enabling connection to the power grid,

3. The Contractor under Part A of the individual Subregions will grant a quality guarantee for each installed photovoltaic set and all other works and equipment installed for a period of at least 120 months. This period will run according to the rules specified in the contract template (Annex No. 7 to the ToR).

1. In the Miechowski Subregion: Part B - execution of 1314 pcs of complete sets of solar installations, consisting of solar collectors, capacitive water heaters together with control and measuring fittings, automation and control in buildings of individual, commercial and public utilities,

3. The Contractor under Part B of the individual Subregions will grant a quality guarantee for each installed solar installation and all other works and equipment installed for a period of at least 120 months. This period will run according to the rules specified in the contract template (Annex No. 7 to the ToR).

In the Tarnowski Subregion: Part B - the order includes the performance of 295 pcs of complete sets of solar installations, consisting of solar collectors, capacitive water heaters together with control and measuring fittings, automation and control in individual, commercial and public utility buildings.

3. The Contractor under Part C of the individual Subregions shall provide for a period of at least 60 months a quality guarantee for each installed heat pump and all other works and equipment installed. This period will run according to the rules specified in the contract template (Annex No. 7 to the ToR).

1. Within the Wieliczka Subregion: Part A- performance of 1064 pcs of complete photovoltaic sets for the production of electricity for own needs in the buildings of individual consumers, utility consumers and public utilities in a manner enabling connection to the power grid,

1. On the territory of the Okulski Subregion: Part C - execution of 12 units of complete air-water heat pump systems used to prepare hot water in individual, commercial and public utility buildings.

3.
