The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Kobiór Forest District. These are works related to the felling of trees in the area where the construction of the S1 expressway will be carried out.

Appendix No. 3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting;

Attachment No. 3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting,

Appendix No. 3.4. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition

Appendix No. 3.5. – information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
