The main requirement of the Contracting Authority is that the Contractor maintains a high level of cleanliness and sanitary and epidemiological safety of all areas covered by the service in the Municipal Hospital No. 4 in Gliwice Spółka z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Authority"). The requirements contained in the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Reference") are treated by the Contracting Authority as the necessary minimum. The Contractor shall make every effort to ensure that the service is properly performed and adapted to current needs.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services ensuring the proper sanitary and hygienic condition in the Municipal Hospital No. 4 in Gliwice, in particular the performance of cleaning and auxiliary activities, also related to medical services in hospital wards and medical rooms, including ensuring the proper condition of the

sanitary and hygienic (in compliance with the applicable sanitary regime and implemented procedures) in wards and rooms where isolation is carried out
