This contract concerns an agreement with an estimated value of EUR 2,200,000 to EUR 2,400,000 excluding VAT. This estimated value is based on the maximum duration (six years). No rights can be derived from the estimate

The assignment concerns the delivery of print, cover, mail and postal services (including the associated printing and scanning work). This service is required by BSOB for the implementation of the Real Estate Valuation Act and the levying and collection activities for the various municipal and water board taxes. The assignment concerns the care of the total processing chain from data receipt to the sending (and delivery) of the physical output to citizens and entrepreneurs.

As an indication of the scope of the Assignment:

 Approximately 400,000 to 500,000 documents (assessments, remissions and other postal items) are submitted for processing every year.

 Approximately 100,000 collections are offered for processing every year.

 Approximately 2,800 to 3,800 scans are processed annually.

 eMandate is used approximately 6,000 to 6,500 times a year.

 Approximately 36,000 to approximately 55,000 iDEAL payments are processed annually.
