The object of the order is the maintenance service together with repairs to the system of the therapeutic line, installed in the Department of Radiotherapy of Świętokrzyski Centre of Oncology in Kielce, according to:

— Package 1 — service and repair of linear accelerators: Versa HD 1 No 154271 and Versa HD 2 No 154888,

— Package 2 — service and repair of the Mosaiq surveillance system,

— Package 3 — service and repair of the Monaco planning system.

Package 1 — service and repair of linear accelerators: Versa HD 1 No 154271 and Versa HD 2 No 154888

The scope of maintenance, including repairs, includes:

1. Interim reviews to the extent provided for by the manufacturer;

2) unlimited repairs and interventions;

3) original spare parts;

4) application support;

5) modifications to the software and the apparatus to increase efficiency and safety of operation;

6) materials for modification;

7) perform acceptance tests (acceptance) after each significant repair — if required.

Package 2 — service and repair of the Mosaiq surveillance system

The scope of maintenance, including repairs, includes:

1) interim inspections and repairs to the extent provided for by the manufacturer;

2) remote diagnostics (if possible), application support;

3) application support for servers and workstations;

4) modifications and updates to the software and the camera in order to increase efficiency and security of work;

5) original spare parts.

Package 3 — Monaco Planning System Service and Repairs

The scope of maintenance, including repairs, includes:

1) interim inspections and repairs to the extent provided for by the manufacturer;

2) remote diagnostics (if possible), application support;

3) modifications and updates to the software and the camera to increase efficiency and security of work;

4) original spare parts.
