The purpose of the consultation is the design, realization, supply, delivery, handling and installation of skids for the substations of the district heating utilities operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries on the West network of the metropolis of Lyon (communes Lyon 9th, Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or and Ecully) and on the network of the municipality of Issoire .
The market will include:
- The preparation of technical documents for the design and sizing of skids;
- Assembly in the workshop with control and testing before delivery;
- On-site delivery with the handling and installation of skids inside each of the substations;
- Assistance with the commissioning of skids.
Framework agreement on the supply of skids for district heating DSPs operated by ECLYDE on the western network of the Metropolis of Lyon.Single-attributed framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of (3) three years, renewable twice a year (1+1), covering the design, realization, supply, delivery, handling and installation of skids for the substations of the district heating utilities operated by ECLYDE in the metropolis of Lyon, as well as assistance to their commissioning. The number of skids is estimated at፦ (37) thirty-seven units approximately over the summer of 2022, - (61) sixty-one units between 2023 and 2026, depending on the signing of the subscription polices.The work will include፦ calculation notes, plans and any documents necessary for the execution of the work, - the supply and delivery of equipment (exchangers, energy meter, control valves, etc.), - their assembly in SKID in the factory, or their integration on site, - tests (launching in water, pressure tests) of skids in the factory, - requests for prior authorization, road stop, bailiff's observations if necessary, etc., - the delivery of skids on site, including transport, unloading and placing in each substation at the place defined by the Client, - optional, the electrical connection of the skids on site, - the conformity check of the skid delivered on site, - the general cleaning of dirt due to the execution of the works, - assistance in commissioning, - the production of files of the works executed (DOE). As an option, the Client will be able to provide certain equipment.

The number of skids is estimated at፦ (27) Twenty-seven units approximately over the summer of 2022, - (18) Eighteen units approximately between 2023 and 2026, depending on the signing of the subscription polices.The work will include፦ calculation notes, plans and any documents necessary for the execution of the work, - the supply and delivery of equipment ( exchangers, energy meters, control valves, etc.), - their assembly in SKID in the factory, or their integration on site, - tests (launching in water, pressure tests) of skids in the factory, - requests for prior authorization, stop of roads, bailiff's observations if necessary, etc., - the delivery of skids on site, including transport, unloading and placing in each substation at the location defined by the Client, - optional electrical connection of skids on site, - checking the conformity of the skid delivered on site, - general cleaning of dirt due to the execution of the work, - assistance in commissioning, - production of files of the works executed ( DOE) .Optionally, the Client will be able to supply certain equipment.
