The subject of the contract is the provision of object planning for buildings on the basis of HOAI 2021 (§33-35) for the new construction of the daycare center for the Bierstadt Nord residential area.

The calculation basis for the offer is the net construction costs derived from the budget in accordance with Appendix 2. In accordance with the HOAI, the remuneration is based on the chargeable costs of the cost calculation.

The subject of the contract to be concluded is the basic services based on the current version of the HOAI 2021 for service phases 1-9.

There is a step-by-step retrieval of the services (entire service phases or individual partial services).

First of all, the commissioning of service phases 1 to 4 is carried out by SEG. After the resolution of the draft of principles drawn up on the basis of the draft and after submission of the result of the plausibility check by the Audit Office of the City of Wiesbaden and the decision of the implementation bill by the City Council / committee resolution, the further work phases 5-9 will be commissioned.

The further processing stages / service phases are therefore subject to committee approval and can only take place with the consent of the necessary committee resolution to be applied for by the client.

The Contractor shall not be entitled to the retrieval of individual services or all service levels.

A detailed list of the basic services and the special services required from the client's point of view is provided in the procedure.

For any special services that may be required and not included in the scope of services, corresponding hourly fees must be stated in the offer. These are to be broken down as follows:

The settlement of the ancillary costs is to be stated as a percentage of the net fee.

Scheduling

According to the current schedule, work phases 1 to 3 are to be provided by April 2024 in coordination with the client. After the submission has been approved, work phase 4, after submission of the result of the plausibility check by the Audit Office of the City of Wiesbaden and the decision of the implementation submission by the city council/committee resolution, the further work phases can be commissioned. According to the current schedule, construction is scheduled to begin in April 2025, with completion in mid-2026.
