The subject of the contract is the expansion and modernization of the current backup system by implementing one (1) tape library and two (2) backup devices for deduplication and storage of backup copies along with software and a set of licenses allowing data protection on virtual and physical servers. The primary goal of modernization is to achieve business continuity and high security of data copies, including achieving a guarantee of recovery in the event of a cyberattack or ransomware.

The primary goal of modernization is to achieve business continuity and high security of data copies, including achieving a guarantee of recovery in the event of a cyberattack or ransomware.

By backup device with data deduplication, the Ordering Party understands a solution characterized by a uniform "appliance" type from one manufacturer and performing all the required functionalities, both management, scheduling and backup storage. The device supplied must be intended for deduplication and storage of backup copies of the Customer.

By software, the Ordering Party shall mean the software installed on the supplied devices allowing for management and backup, including all required licenses to obtain the required functions. The software must be dedicated to the offered devices, provided by the same manufacturer as the offered devices.

A solution built from independent hardware and software components, physical or virtual, installed outside the supplied devices or provided by third parties is not allowed.

The contracting authority requires the tenderer to be ready to carry out tests within no more than 14 calendar days counted from the date of opening the tenders.

Deployment Services Requirements:

• Technical pre-implementation project describing the planned installation, configuration of backup policies, network addressing, security concept. The document will be subject to acceptance by the Ordering Party before the commencement of work.

• Delivery and physical installation of devices at the Ordering Party's headquarters in two indicated locations.

• Configuration of backup policies.

• Implementation of the mechanism to guarantee the immutability of the WORM backup.

• Implementation and production launch of the backup mechanism.

• Implementation of a backup replication mechanism between locations.

• Reconstruction tests confirming the correct operation of the system. Restore from both locations is required.

• System workshops for administrators.

• Migrate existing backups to the new solution.

• Manufacturer-certified training in the administration of the system provided for two people of the Ordering Party.
