The assignment concerns the design of a sewerage and road project (R&W), follow-up, safety coordination and the preparation of pilot reports, as further described in chapters 2 and 3 of this specification.

Depending on the timing of inclusion on a quarterly programme or with municipal intervention in the sewerage system, Fluvius cannot yet commit itself to the preparation of the design at the time of tendering. Hence, the assignment contains a fixed part and conditional parts.

The conclusion of the contract relates to the entire assignment (both fixed and conditional parts), but Fluvius is only bound by the fixed part.

The execution of a conditional part depends on the decision of Fluvius that is communicated to the contractor in accordance with the following rules.
