This contract consists of the annual maintenance of the heating and domestic hot water production systems as well as the sweeping of the chimneys and verification of the gas installations of some 3000 Logivesdre heritage dwellings, to be carried out in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

This concerns collective (+/- 75 / year) and individual (+/- 1500 / year) heating systems with gas (mainly) and fuel oil, separate domestic hot water production devices (+ / 1000 / an) as well as chimney sweepings.

The market is divided into lots:

- lot 1: heating and DHW maintenance + sweeping - collective boilers,

- lot 2: heating and DHW maintenance + sweeping - individual boilers.

The technical prescriptions which service providers must meet are set out in point III) of these specifications.
