1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated and their management. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as connector No. 5 to the contract.
1.2. The subject of the contract includes all inhabited real estate, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated, located in the Jaworzyna Śląska Municipality.

1.2. The subject of the contract includes all inhabited real estate, i.e. those in which there is at least one premises in which at least one resident lives and all uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated, located in the Jaworzyna Śląska Municipality.
1.3.The Ordering Party estimates, on the basis of submitted declarations, that in the Municipality of Jaworzyna Śląska:
inhabits approx. 8 173 inhabitants,
there are about 1 777 inhabited properties, of which 1 611 properties are single-family properties,
there are about 161 uninhabited properties,
as part of the service provided, within a period of 24 months, a total of 9176.00 Mg of municipal waste will be collected and transferred to the Jaworzyna Śląska Municipality.
1.4.The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the service, the number of inhabited properties, the number of inhabitants, the number of uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, and thus - the amount of municipal waste, may be both increased and decreased. These changes will not affect the change in unit prices affecting the amount of the Contractor's remuneration.

1.6.The Contractor is responsible for achieving the levels of recovery of municipal waste, taking into account the recovery levels indicated in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), i.e. the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
1.7.Us for collection and management of municipal waste from real estate (inhabited and uninhabited) located in the Jaworzyna Śląska Commune includes the following types of municipal waste:
non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),
separately collected municipal waste containing fractions of paper and waste paper, metals, plastics, glass and glass packaging, multi-material packaging and clothing and textiles, bio-waste (15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 20 01 99,20 01 08, 20 02 01),
bulky waste, in particular furniture, waste electrical equipment
and electronic and used tyres (15 01 03, 16 01 03, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 03 07, 20 03 99)
expired medicines and medicine packs (20 01 31, 20 01 32)
