The aim of the Contracting Authority by means of the present Contract is to realize three (3) buildings of approximately 4 500 m2 of floor space each in phases.

The first building ("building Y") is an office building with associated research and production hall.

The second building ("EINSTEIN" building) will be a new center building with a training center for the pharmaceutical sector, training rooms, offices and a restaurant with a limited hotel function.

The third building ("building F") is an office building in which half of the floor space will be laid out as laboratories.
