The subject of the contract is technical and service service of parking meters in the area of the city of Bielsko-Biała.

The order shall cover its scope in particular:

1. conducting organizational and technical activities related to comprehensive service and ongoing maintenance of parking meters located in the Paid Parking Zone in Bielsko-Biała;

2. collection and conversion of coins from parking meters and payment of parking fees (paid in cash) to the account of the Ordering Party;

3. providing access to data from parking meters through software dedicated by their manufacturer.

A detailed definition of the scope of the contract is included in Chapters IV-V of the Terms of Contract Specification (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ").
