1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the area of the City of Łowicz, between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

3. Estimates of the quantities of municipal waste provided for collection and use are indicated in the tender form, i.e. Annex 2 to SWZ.

1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection, transport and development of solid municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of the City of Łowicz between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

3. The estimated quantities of waste intended for collection and use are indicated in the tender form, i.e. Annex No 2 to SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 95 of the Act requires employment by the Contractor, on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320), in particular activities related to:

(a) the operation of vehicles used to collect waste from property owners,

(b) the operation and operation of the storage and transport base,

(c) coordinating the implementation of the contract conditions concerning the performance of the contract

The SWZ describes the authorization of the Contracting Authority to control actions regarding the fulfilment of the above requirement and the types of documents that the Ordering Party may request in the framework of these activities.
