The Danish Working Environment Authority provides development, maintenance, application operation and advice regarding the Inspectorate's professional systems (the Systems), cf. below. The service areas include: 1) Development and adaptation by agile approach, including changes and/or extensions of the Systems' functionality, user interface, reports and integrations. 2) Projects based on a waterfall-based approach. 3) Maintenance, including technical support, troubleshooting and preparedness 4) Application operation on selected applications based on Microsoft products and Sitecore is handled by the supplier, as other applications that are based on
Oracle is handled by Statens IT. 5) Consultancy in relation to, for example, information architecture and business intelligence, user interfaces and user experience, analysis tasks, development of architecture and technological platform, integrations, security, compliance, performance, self-service solutions and expansion of the systems in relation to mobile workplaces.
The Occupational Authority shall provide development, maintenance, application operation and consultancy on the supervisory subject systems (Systems), as set out below.
Performance areas include:
1) Developing and adapting by agile approach, including changes and/or extensions to the functionality, user interface, reports and integrations of the Systems.
2) Projects based on a waterfall-based approach.
3) Maintenance, including technical support, maltreatment and preparedness
4) Application operations on selected applications based on Microsoft products and Sitecore are carried out by the supplier, with other applications based on Oracle being handled by State It.
5) Advice on information architecture and business intelligence,
user interfaces and user experience, analysis tasks, development of architecture and technological platform, integrations, security, compliance, performance,
self-service solutions and expansion of the Systems in relation to mobile workplaces.
The agile approach is supported by agile teams based on the SAFE® framework, staffed by resources from both the supplier and the Labour Authority, as detailed in the procurement material, in particular Annex 2 and Annex 5.
The supplier must thus make a consultancy team available for the work of the Danish Working Environment Authority's agile teams, cf. the tender documents for further details.
