Framework agreement of services relating to a general mission of assistance to the Board of Directors of HYDRALIS, as and when its needs, for a potential period of 8 years.

Applicants will not attach any offer to their application to participate. Only selected candidates will subsequently be invited to submit a tender on the basis of the contract documents

The successful tenderer of the contract will carry out the following specific services (see technical clauses of the specifications for more details):

• Detailed review of asset manager management

• Assistance with the strategic evolution of the portfolio

• Assistance in the award of certain public contracts

• Parameter determination for ALM studies

• Assistance to the Board of Directors in the context of asset management projects managed directly by the Board

• Miscellaneous additional services
