The object of the contract is the planning services of object planning for buildings and interiors (§§ 33 et seq. HOAI), service phases 1 - 8.

The client initially only commissions service phases 1 to 3 in accordance with HOAI and reserves the right to further commission the further service phases in detail or in whole. There is no entitlement to further commissioning nor may it result in other contractual obligations for the client. In the event of retrieval, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, even in stages or in detail or in whole, if necessary.

The city of Wittmund is a voluntary carrier of the task of daycare centers in the urban area. This task was contractually assigned by the district to the city of Wittmund. The city of Wittmund therefore currently has the sole decision on the way the facility is built when investing. Different day care centers no longer meet current requirements according to age. There is also a very strong demand for childcare places due to social change and political requirements. It is planned to replace the day care centers Robert Koch Strasse and Lüttje Steppkes. There are to be 2 separate buildings with 6 groups each.

The intended location on Dohuser Weg was chosen to meet the high demand demand in the vicinity. Construction law is sometimes not yet available, but will be prepared as part of 2021/2022. The basic principles of planning already exist are listed in the procurement documents.
