1. The subject of the proceedings is the Purchase and delivery of an anaesthesia machine, a gastroscope, a colonoscope, ECG recorders, cystoscopes, hysteroresectoscopes and a vision system with a camera, diathermy and a multifunction pump. specified in detail in Annex 2 and 3 to the SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract includes 6 indivisible packages, for which the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, with the proviso that the offer in each package should be complete and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the price forms constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the technical and functional properties form constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ as well as the requirements contained in Chapter III of this specification.
