In the case of an intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its tender the part of the contract (material scopes), the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication of subcontracting in the Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.
