The contest is for a Framework Agreement for the delivery of general IT equipment. This includes, amongst other things, clients, monitors, small laser printers, pointing tools and keyboards, cables, tablets, interactive boards/screens, etc.

The Framework Agreement will be valid for 2 years, with options for an extension for 1 + 1 year. In addition the Framework Agreement has options for a minor amount of work for the assembly and service of AV equipment and digital boards, a recycling scheme for used IT equipment, preparing PCs and secure deletion of disks.

Mobile telephones, multi-functional printers, photocopy machines and network equipment are not included in the Framework Agreement.

As part of the delivery, potential tenderers must submit a tender for 6 standard models (hereafter called the 'standard models'), as well as a docking station:

1) 'Standard PC, laptop';

2) 'Ultraportable laptop PC';

3) 'Pupil PC, laptop';

4) 'Standard PC stationary';

5) 'Chromebook standard';

6) 'Chromebook advanced';

7) 'Docking station for laptop PC'.

The minimum requirements for the standard models are stated in Annex 6 of the tender documentation, (requirements specification, the standard models and docking station). Tenderers must fill in the product name, product number and specifications for the offered standard models in the annex. The completed annex is to be uploaded as DOK09 of the tender.

The price for the standard models is to be given in the attached product and price sheet (together with the prices for other volume products, see annex 5 of the tender documentation). The completed product and price sheet must be uploaded as DOK08 of the tender.

The Contracting Authority must have received test examples of the standard model and the Docking station by Friday 10 April (15:00). See point 2.7 below for further information on this.

The accepted tenderer will be under an obligation not to change the specifications for the standard models during the first 12 months of the contract period. If a standard model is discontinued from the tenderer's assortment, or its specifications are changed after 12 months, a replacement product must be offered with equivalent specifications or better within the same series and at the same price.
