Contracting entities have chosen the award criterion 'the most economically advantageous offer'.
For identification of the most economically advantageous offer, the award criterion is used best price-quality ratio.
The construction consists in the main features of:
- Renovation of all existing housing
- Establishment of new rooftop floors with a total of 20 new public housing units.
